- 2-7day shipping transit time (UPS. Fedex Ground service) coming from Los Angeles
- Orders placed on weekend will be shipped the next business day.
- The shipping charge shown on the order form is an estimated shipping fee for UPS/Fedex Ground services in the US.
- The shipping charge may not be reflected in the shopping cart correctly and will be adjusted manually after the order is processed and the size and weight of the carton is ascertained.

Return Policy: - All claims of shipping shortages must be made within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
- Shortage or damage goods shall be indicated on bill of loading upon receipt of goods.
- There is a 10% restocking charge in case of any special order return.
- We are not responsible for any breakage in transit. All claims must be filed directly with freight carrier.
